Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to have a clear, transparent, and worry-free shopping experience with Hollietrading. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.


1. Return Eligibility & Requirements

We only accept return requests that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included and returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted special campaign items

  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer


2. How to Request a Return

All returns must be requested through customer support first. The process is as follows:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours

  3. If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

⚠️ Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Cost & Responsibility

  • For personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We will cover return shipping only in cases of:

    • Product defects

    • Incorrect item shipped

    • Damaged upon arrival

Please use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.


4. No Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 3–5 business days, though delays may occur in some cases


6. Return Address & Important Notes

Return addresses are not publicly disclosed.

After your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • A designated return address

⚠️ Important notes:

  • Returns without an approved RMA may be rejected

  • Incorrectly sent items may be lost and are not eligible for refund

  • Do not send items directly to our company address


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy
